Feel Inspired & Unlock Your Real Potential

Life-changing Inspiration for Leaders and Teams to Accelerate Performance, Master Coach Sharon from Inner Performance Coaching talks about the importance of ‘inspiration’ and encourages us to embrace challenges and mobilize our strengths to realize our true potential and how looking inward has all we need to get started!

Why is inspiration so important?  It’s what gives us energy and helps us survive daily challenges, it assists brings motivativation to achieve our goals and overcome the obstacles that may get in the way.

I’m curious to know where you get your inspiration from?

Inspiration can come from many different places, people, experiences or from within ourselves, the easier you find inspiration, the more positive and effective you will live your life or lead your business.

You may find inspiration watching a movie or documentary, listening to a pod cast, reading this insight, taking walks along the beach or cycling through the forest. Doing a Pilates or Yoga class, playing a round of golf or going for a swim.  Or simply, sitting still, quietening the mind and taking in huge breaths of fresh air and releasing any moans, groans and negative energy that could hold you back is always my starting point.

How can you help?

Finding inspiration every day is not only crucial for growth and success but also our daily dose of sustenance for good mental health.  As an ‘inner performance’ coach, it’s key for me to help you find your inspiration, activate your strengths, and let go of limiting beliefs so that you can clarify your vision to see what is really important in your life.

So, what’s ‘inner performance’?  Simply put, this is when we look internally for what is really going on, we unblock limiting beliefs and focus on our strengths, using the *IPQ Framework (see framework below) I have developed, this looks at 4 key areas of your life.  Where you at in each area and how to find your way forward, the plan and taking the action needed. When we focus internally, for example on our thoughts, beliefs, values, energy, mental, emotional, and spiritual elements, and we block out all the external negative or unhelpful interferences, we find the real issues that hold us back from achieving our dreams.  This is what I call ‘unlocking your real potential’ which results in you reaching those big ‘audacious’ goals (or the very little ones, that we sometimes forget about).  There is no goal too big or small, no challenge that we cannot overcome if we zone in, remove the clutter, and take the necessary steps.

What makes this unique?  So often we seek help and get advice or work out what we want, that’s the easy part.  But finding solutions to ‘the how’ you get there and overcoming those obstacles is what the *IPQ offers and holds you accountable for your progress.  Moving your focus inward, doing the work internally is far more rewarding that just fixing what lies on the surface.  It’s not the easier path but definitely the most rewarding journey you will take.  You are the only one that can make it happen, I’ll help you discover “who” you are, “what’s” important and “how” to get there.

Can you give us a taster of an IPQ Tool and what I could expect in a session?  Say my challenge was “feeling out of place at work and needing a little self-motivation”

Absolutely, firstly I would suggest starting with IPQ1, where we unpack, “Who I am?”

This would create awareness and a personal understanding of who you are, your identity, your values, your design and nature.  Think about these questions and jot them down in your journal:

  1. The best I see in myself is?
  2. The most important qualities I value in myself are?
  3. When I’m totally natural and open is when?
  4. When I’m not “trying” in any way, I tend to be?
  5. Combine these with what is on your CV, your values and you have “My contribuiton”

In IPQ 2 & IPQ3, we figure out how we can overcome the ‘feeling out of place” looking inward we discuss what makes up your ‘Presence’: Mental and Emotional needs and your ‘Form’: what is physically needed to move you forward.

Lastly, we would look at IPQ4, your vision and your goals. Think about these and jot them down in your journal:

  1. My 3 most important goals are?
  2. The are important because?
  3. Where do I visualize myself in my future?

Using a combination of the above feedback and one of our IPQ Motivator tools, we will work on getting you feeling ‘connected, in control and confident’ to move forward, reframing your mindset, leaving you feeling motivated to move forward with clarity.
